Have you experienced standing in front of a work of art and being overwhelmed with emotion? Learn how artists visually communicate emotion, and how you can use creativity for emotional well-being in this 2-hour workshop.
Laura will guide you through various drawing exercises that can help you explore your emotions in a visual and tactile way. Short sequences of yoga and meditation will be incorporated.
No experience with drawing, yoga, or meditation is required. All levels welcome.
